Parmalat S.p.A. was established on October 1st, 2005, as a result of the approval of the Composition with Creditors. The company was incorporated on July 23, 2003, under the name Cimabue S.r.l. and was a non-operating company until July 19, 2004, when it was transformed into a joint-stock company.
