Market abuse and Internal dealing
As of July 3, 2016, the new European regulation governing market abuse is applicable directly in the member countries. As a result of recent changes in the regulatory framework, the Company updated the “Procedure for Disclosing and Communicating Insider Information,” the “Procedure for Managing the Register of Parties with Access to Insider Information” and the Internal Dealing Code.
