Diversity and equal opportunity
The production staff professional category accounts for 72% of all employees, with the remaining 20% belonging to
the office staff category, 7% qualifying as managers and 1% qualifying as executives (in line with the data for the
previous year).
In 2017, the Group did not report any significant differences compared with 2016 with regard to the breakdown of
employees by professional category, gender and age brackets.
